Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged between 18 to less than 60 years. 2. Participants who are computer workers with a cumulatively of 4 hours of daily computer usage for at least 2 years. 3. Individuals willing to provide informed consent and comply with the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any other neuromuscular condition that can affect the grip strength like CTS, cervical radiculopathy or RA, etc. 2. Participants who not having limited range of motion and deformities. 3. Any recent fracture and surgery of the upper limb. 4. Subject having condition who can t undergoing like malignancy, active inflammatory condition, complex regional pain syndrome, recently repair nerve.
