Inclusion criteria: Maternal blood sample Inclusion criteria Occupationally (Lead-based) exposed mother Age - 23-45 years Work experience more than or equal to 1 year Mothers having children between age of 5-15 years Inclusion criteria Age- 5-15 years Mother currently working in a lead-based occupation Maternal exposure more than or equal to 1 year
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for mothers Age less than 23 years and more than 45 years Mothers having children less than 5 years and more than 15 years of age Undergoing chelation therapy Exclusion criteria for children Age- less than 5 years and more than 15 years Mothers who are not working in lead-based occupation Maternal exposure less than 1 year Undergoing chelation therapy Individuals unable to provide blood due to weakness or any other medical conditions
