Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female between 18-26 years of age. Subjects fit to do the exercise. Recreational volleyball players. Players who have been playing volleyball at least 3 to 5 days a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who underwent any surgery within the past 6 months. Any history of chronic ailments. Any congenital deformities or respiratory conditions.
