Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients willing to sign the consent form for the clinical trial. Patients of either sex or religion between age group (21-60 years). Patients of any socio-economic status. Patient having one or more major criteria with or without minor criteria will be incorporated for the study Diagnosed cases of Dyslipidemia on the basis of criteria given by NCEP ATPIII(third report of the National Cholesterol Education Pogram)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with history of Diabetes Mellitus and Uncontrolled Hypertension. Patient suffering from major systemic illness- Tuberculosis/Atrial Fibrillation/Acute Coronary syndrome/Myocardial Infarctions/severe Arrhythmia/Ischemic heart disease/ severe pulmonary dysfunction/ Acute or chronic pancreatitis or any other serious systemic illness like cancer. Patient suffering from chronic liver disease and chronic kidney diseases. Patients on steroid therapy & oral contraceptives. Patient with history of Thyroid disorder. Pregnant and Lactating women. Patient not willing for consent.
