Intervention1: Inj. Levobupivacine Heavy 0.125% Inj. Nalbuphine 10mg Inj. Tramadol 50 mg: The surgical procedure will be thoroughly explained, and informed consent will be obtained.The anesthetic mana
an epidural catheter will then be inserted 5 cm into the epidural space and secured. A test dose of 3 ml of 2% lignocaine with adrenaline (1:200,000) will be injected through the epidural catheter.

Exclusion criteria: Contraindications to regional anaesthesia Known allergy to any of the study drugs Lower segment Caeserean section Associated hepatic or renal dysfunction
