Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: STAFF . Clinical and administrative staff of the residential rehabilitation facility Staff willing to provide informed consent for the study. At least 6 months of working experience in the organisation Working knowledge in Hindi, English, Tamil, Malayalam or Kannada USERS . Users suffering from mental illness Users age less than 60 years Users staying in the residential rehabilitation facility for at least 6 months of the implementation phase of the study. Users consenting for the study Working knowledge in Hindi, English, Tamil, Malayalam or Kannada

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: STAFF . Less than 6 month working experienc in the organisation . Not given informed consent for the study. . Not having working knowledge in Hindi, English, Tamil, Malayalam or Kannada USERS . Users suffering from other than mental illness . Users age more than 60 . Users staying in the residential rehabilitation facility less than 6 months of the implementation phase of the study.
