Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of anaesthesiologists grade 1,2,3 patients undergoing elective or semi urgent lower limb orthopaedic surgeries under central neuraxial blockade

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Polytrauma with multiple procedures Patients requiring ICU stay Patients having head injuries
