Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having pratyatma lakshan of grudhrasi ruka,toda,spandan,sthambh Patient having positive SLR Patient willing to participate in trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. In secondary Complication- Tuberculosis of the vertebral column. 2. Spinal deformity, spinal tumors, severe traumatic injury or infection, Carcinoma of spine 3. Patient of Grudhrasi involving any structural deformities and needs surgical care. 4. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 5. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease. 6. Patient not eligible for basti karma.
