Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical health status I & II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of heart disease, valvular or carotid artery surgeries, carotid artery stenosis more than 50 percent, cerebrovascular disease or chronic kidney disease, BMI more than 35kg per meter square, uncontrolled hypertension, compromised haemodynamic status and or on vasopressors.

Sensitivity and specificity of Carotid blood flow in prediction of hypotension in patients undergoing lower limb surgeries under Spinal AnaesthesiaTimepoint: Mean arterial pressure will be recorded every 2 minutes to document the incidence of hypotension for the first 20 minutes after spinal anaesthesia.

Sensitivity & specificity of corrected carotid flow time in prediction of hypotension in patients undergoing lower limb surgeries under Spinal AnaesthesiaTimepoint: Mean arterial pressure will be documented every 2 minutes for the first 20 minutes after documenting corrected carotid flow time & Spinal anaesthesia to note the incidence of Post spinal anaesthesia hypotension;Sensitivity & specificity of Carotid artery peak systolic velocity variation in prediction of hypotension in patients undergoing lower limb surgeries under Spinal AnaesthesiaTimepoint: Mean arterial pressure will be documented every 2 minutes for the first 20 minutes after documenting carotid artery peak systolic velocity & spinal anaesthesia to note the incidence of Post spinal anaesthesia hypotension;Sensitivity & specificity of Internal jugular vein collapsibility index in prediction of hypotension in patients undergoing lower limb surgeries under Spinal AnaesthesiaTimepoint: Mean arterial pressure will be documented every 2 minutes for the first 20 minutes after documenting internal jugular vein collapsibility index & spinal anaesthesia to note the incidence of Post spinal anaesthesia hypotension
