Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women of age group 18-45 years presenting with symptoms of ovarian cyst or carrying USG reports with them indicating ovarian cyst. ii. Women who are already taking allopathic / alternative system medicines will be enrolled after at least 1 month as washout period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i. Simple (Follicular/ Luteal cyst) of size less than 4 cm ii. Complex cyst of size more than 10 cm iii. History of hyperprolactinemia iv. Ovarian tumor or CA 125 levels above 35 U/ml v. HE 4(human epididymis protein 4)levels more above 242 pmol/l vi. Pregnancy, breast feeding vii. Cases with other systemic diseases like cardiovascular, endocrine diseases or Systemic infections or on other treatment therapies. viii. Positive PAP SMEAR test reports indicating Cervical Carcinoma. ix. B.P more than 150/90 mm Hg x. Fasting Blood Sugar more than 150 mg/dl
