Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a.Postnatal women between the age of group 25-44 (+-5 yrs) [WHO classification of young adults] b.Postnatal women who had been breastfeeding for over one month c.Postnatal women had undergone either a full-term normal delivery or a lower segment cesarean section (LSCS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a.Mothers with pre-existing shoulder or neck injuries unrelated to scapular dyskinesia. b.Participants with systemic diseases affecting musculoskeletal function (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis). c.History of any recent surgery in the shoulder, neck, or back region. d.Mothers with medical conditions and contraindicating exercise.
