Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients requiring dental implants 2.Alveolar bone width of 2-3mm 3.Alveolar bone of adequate height of 8-15mm 4.Patients within the age group of 18-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose ridge shows excessive vertical resorption (less than 8 mm) 2. Alveolar ridge width above 6 mm 3.Patients not consenting to participate in the study 4.Immunocompromised patients
