Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with localized/generalized periodontitis stage III or IV, grade B. 2.Dental Health:Presence of at least 12 teeth distributed in all four quadrants. 3.Presence of residual periodontal pockets greater than or equal to 6mm. 4.Presence of interproximal defects on single-rooted teeth or molars without extension to the furcation area and associated with intrabony greater than 3 mm. 5.Systemic Health: Diagnosed with Type II Diabetes Mellitus with controlled blood glucose levels
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy and Lactation: Females who are pregnant or breastfeeding 2.Systemic Conditions .Presence of a cardiac pacemaker.Epilepsy or neuro-psychological disorders. 3.Medications:benzodiazepines, and corticosteroids. proton pump inhibitors serotonin reuptake inhibitors. 4.Smokers or use of other tobacco products. 5.uncontrolled Diabetes with HbA1ac greater than7. 6.Surgical intervention in the last 12 months. 7.Undergoing periodontal surgery at the experimental sites.
