Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women undergoing elective or emergency C-section. Age 18 to 45 years. ASA physical status I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia (e.g., infection at the injection site, coagulopathy). 2.History of severe spinal deformities or neurological disorders.

MeasureTime frame
Maternal outcomes: Blood pressure, heart rate, & any adverse effects during & post-procedure. Neonatal outcomes: APGAR scores at 1 & 5 minutes. Timepoint: the time point 1 is before the adminsistration of spinal anaesthesia the point 2 is till the level of ananesthesia reaching T10 level the blood pressure heart rate will be measured every five minutes till the end of surgery—
