Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age Range: Participants aged between 30 and 50 years. Gender: Both male and female participants are eligible Radiating Pain: Participants must experience radiating pain, specifically in the lower limbs. Straight Leg Raise (SLR): SLR test results should be less than 70 degrees. Consent: Willingness to provide informed consent to participate in the study or clinical trial. Diagnosis: Participants must have a medical diagnosis of lumbar radiculopathy with MRI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Specific Diagnoses: Participants with a diagnosis of spinal tumors, malignancy, or inflammatory diseases of the spine (e.g., ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis) ), boney lesion, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, facet joint syndrome will be excluded. Pregnancy: Pregnant individuals. Osteoporosis: Participants diagnosed with osteoporosis. Severe Cardiovascular Disorders: Individuals with severe cardiovascular conditions (e.g., heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension) Non-Healing Fracture: Participants with a non-healing fracture of the spine or lower extremities
