Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having all types of cataract except traumatic cataracts and patients having systemic and metabolic causes of cataract . 2. Patients with no history of previous ocular surgery in the operating eye. 3. Patients with Corneal astigmatism from +0.75 to equal to or less than + 3D

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with systemic or metabolic causes of cataracts 2.Patients having immature cataracts associated with other comorbidities, injury, or surgery 3.Patients with Retinopathies. 4.Patients with ongoing chronic pathology or corneal dystrophy/ectasia. 4.Complicated cataract. 5.Patients unwilling to participate in the study. 6.Patients with Corneal astigmatism greater than + 3D.
