Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects belonging to the age group of 20 to 60 years female subjects will be included. 2. Subjects with the TSH value more than 5 mIU/L to less than 10 mIU/L. 3. Subjects with the elevated level of TSH and associated with the normal range of Serum T3 and Serum T4. 4. A- Freshly detected and untreated cases of Subclinical Hypothyroidism. B- Established and treated cases of Subclinical Hypothyroidism also who are ready to discontinue the earlier medication. 5. Subjects of Subclinical Hypothyroidism with presenting features mentioned in Diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with Chronic history of Hypothyroidism (more than 5yrs), Congenital, Primary and Secondary Hypothyroidism. 2. Subjects with any systemic illness which interrupt the intervention. 3. Pregnant and lactating women. 4. Diagnosed cases of Neoplastic conditions and Toxic Goiter.
