Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: College students aged 18-25 who volunteer to take part in the study. College students from faculty of Humanities, Social Science, and Liberal Arts, SMU. College students with problematic smartphone use (screened). College students without gross visual, hearing, and speech impairment that can interfere with therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: College students who do not provide a written informed consent to participate. College students who have received FACT therapy for problematic internet use in the past. College students who have less than 6 months time to complete their courses. College students who do not possess a smartphone.
