Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Normal healthy child Aged 6-13years 1st time local anaesthesia administration Inferior alveolar nerve block Consent and ascent obtained. Both genders considered

Assessment of heart rate and blood pressure will be done via a digital sphygmomanometer, respiratory rate will be assessed by manual counting of the rise and fall of the chest region, temperature will be measured using a digital thermometer and oxygen saturation via a pulseoxymeter.Timepoint: Before and after intervention technique introduction and before L.A. administration
