Intervention1: Kalladaippuku kudineer: Kalladaippuku kudineer is made into decoction form. To make decoction 10g of kalladaippuku kudineer is added to 480ml of water and boiled until it becomes 60ml,

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lower Abdominal Pain, Flank Pain,Burning Micturition,Oliguria, Dysuria, Hematuria,Presence of calculi of Size 4-9mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age group less than 18 years and above 60 years, Stag horn Calculus ,Hydronephrosis ,Chronic kidney disease ,Pregnancy,Lactating women ,Calculi size greater than 10mm.

To evaluate the efficacy of Kalladaippuku kudineer in Vatha kalladaippu (Urolithiasis) by reduction in the Size of the calculus and evacuation of the calculiTimepoint: 30 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Asessed by reduction in clinical symptoms like loin to groin pain, burning micturition, dysuria, lower abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. Timepoint: 30days
