Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 25 to 60 years 2. presence of greater than or equal to 20 teeth 3. Probing depth greater than or equal to 5mm in at least 4 sites 4. Diagnosed with chronic periodontitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Systemic illness 2. Antibiotics or periodontal treatment in past 6 months 3.Pregnancy/lactation 4.Allergy to resveratrol
