Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Catechomaline-resistant septic shock

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anticipated PICU stay less than 24 hours, Need of renal replacement therapy at PICU admission as per conventional indications, did not give informed consent
