Inclusion criteria: Age 40-60 years or above (both sexes).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Person with diagnosed dementia. 2. Individuals with known psychiatric disorders. 3. Individuals with severe vision, speech, or auditory issues.
