Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients presenting with Kathin Shotha toda Lalima sakashta nigrahan as described in the context of Tundikeri 2 Irrespective of gender cast socio economic status 3 Age group 6yrs to 12 yrs 4 H/O Recurrent Tonsillitis having 4 to 5 episode per year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of acute tonsillitis 2. Patients with peritonsillar abscess tonsilar cyst and tonsillolith will be excluded 3. Patients with K/C/O HIV TB and Hepatitis B will be exclude
