Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 50 and above A history of at least 12 weeks of chronic low back pain without radiculopathy. A score less than 24 on the Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA). Numerical pain rating scale above 2 is included Patient score between 10 to 40% in oswestry low back pain questionnaire. Patient who is willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with acute low back pain less than 3 months duration Musculoskeletal disorder cervical pain, frozen shoulder, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, etc. Neurological disorder spinal cord injuries, severe radiculopathy, cerebrovascular conditions. Uncontrolled medical condition example hypertension diabetes etc.
