Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Amateur football player performing at academy, university level matches, 2. Practicing the game more than 1year, 3. Between the age group of 18-28 years old, 4. Male players, 5. Not having core stability training in regular practice, 6. Basic proficiency in english language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players with recently diagnosed cardiovascular, Neurological or orthopedic diseases, 2. Pain in movements, 3. Injured currently, any surgery on limbs or spine, 4. Not meeting the inclusion criteria.
