Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women working minimum of 8 years women with the work experience minimum of 6 months women with premenstrual symptoms having PAF SF score greater than 27 literate in English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women who have not menstruated for more than 3 months pregnancy and lactating women using contraceptives severe medical or psychiatric condition cardiopulmonary conditions thyroid disorders
