Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age Group : 18 years to 70 years No previous history of systemic diseases Selected for root canal treatment for asymptomatic apical periodontitis in the maxillary or mandibular first or second premolars and molars At least one curved canal ( Degree of curvature : 5-25 degree) Apical foramen not larger than size #15K file Radiographically presence of periapical radiolucency of 2-4 mm size. Patients who gave consent for treatment and follow-up. Patients who were ready to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Systemically compromised patients. Weeping canal Positive history of antibiotics and analgesics use within the week before treatment. Large periapical lesion. Retreatment case Patients taking antibiotics or immunosuppressive drugs six months before the study Symptomatic apical periodontitis
