Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A. The patients between 15 to 40 years of age with permanent molars two wall defect which required primary endodontic treatment and associated with periapical lesions or partially erupted teeth which require follow up and patients who consented for follow up will be include in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. Patients with poor oral hygiene, severe or chronic periodontitis, heavy bruxism and other parafunctional habits and malocclusion B. Tooth with open apex, calcified canals, and serving as an abutment C. Fractured teeth D. Teeth associated with any extra oral or intraoral sinus E. Teeth involving any abscess, soft tissue swelling F. Primary teeth H. Teeth with Internal or external resorption.
