Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women in reproductive age group (18- 45 years) Figo type 2- 7 fibroids Uterus size Largest myoma < 15 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Figo Type 0, 1 and 8 fibroid History of bleeding disorder or patient on anticoagulation Patient unfit for laparoscopic surgery
