Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Swimming Experience - least 6 months to 1 year of consistent swimming practice, 3 or more times per week, to be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inexperience or Low Swimming Frequency - Less than 6 Months of Swimming Experience Major Injuries or Health Conditions - injuries (e.g., shoulder impingement, rotator cuff injury, lower back pain) or chronic conditions ( e.g., asthma, heart disease) Pregnancy Psychological conditions ( e.g., severe anxiety, depression) Any recent injury or open wound.
