Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 - 30 years. Participants with mechanical neck pain . Participants with NPRS score of 3 to 7. Functional Rating Index- grade 1 ( mild pain) and grade 2 ( moderate pain). Both male and female wil be included in the study. Participants will be recruited from SMIH.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervicogenic pain. Participants having surgical history . Any degenerated disease such as: Ankylosis Spondylosis, Spondylolisthesis. Congenital and Acquired deformity i.e Torticolis, Kyphosis, Scoliosis. History of any trauma to cervical spine.
