Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically Healthy participants requiring dental implant insertion in bilateral edentulous area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and Lactating mothers, participants with systemic diseases or condition, history of Peptic ulcer, Chronic consumption of analgesics or daily use of strong opoids, allery to paracetamol or combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen.

This study will help us to assess the effect of pharmacological intervention in reducing post operative stress and anxiety by estimating salivary alpha amylase and cortisol levels in patients undergoing dental implant surgery.Timepoint: 18 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of healing after 7 days will provide superior clinical outcomes after stress and anxiety reduction.Timepoint: 18 months
