Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient age between 18 to 50 years. 2. Patient irrespective of gender & religion. 3. Patient having cardinal feature of Urdhvaga Amlapitta not more than 06 months. 4. Patients who are willing to give written consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below the age of 18 years & above the age of 50 years. 2. Patients with any systemic/ chronic illness, any structural & functional deformities, pregnant & lactating women, gastric & peptic ulcer, Upper GI bleeding disorder, any specific findings in imaging studies. 3. Patient having cardinal feature of Urdhvaga Amlapitta more than 06 months.

MeasureTime frame
Scoring pattern , adopted to assess the relief in each symptom as follows- Rogabala- Daha, Amlodgara, Chhardi, Adhmana, Gaurava. Agnibala- Avipaka, Aruchi. Timepoint: Assessment: Total 21 days (Follow-up in every 07 days). (Before & After treatment of trial drug Bhringaraja Churna shall be assessed.) BT (Before Treatment) AT 1 (After Treatment-1) With medicine. AT 2 (After Treatment-2) With medicine. AT 3 (After Treatment-3) Only followup without medicine.
