Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Adult patients 2)Bilateral periodontal sites, presence of at least one site in each quadrant with a probing depth of 5-7mm 3)Absence of systemic disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Absence of dental implants 2) Use of bisphosphonates 12 months prior to entry in the study 3) Pregnant/ lactating women 4) Anti-cancer therapy
