Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients more than 8 years of age 2. Patients diagnosed with Lateral Rectus Palsy planned for Transposition Surgery 3. Patients willing to undergo all requisite investigations 4. Patients willing to provide written informed consent for surgery 5. Patients willing to follow-up for atleast 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of having undergone any prior ocular surgery like surgery for retinal detachment or orbital surgery 2. Intellectual disability 3. Patients with diagnosed superior oblique over-action or A pattern squint
