Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who are community ambulatory. Individuals who are willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent document. Individuals who score 23 or above in the TSK-11 Questionnaire. Individuals who score 4 or above in each item of Movement Imagery Questionnaire, Revised second edition (MIQ-RS).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Older adults with known neurological conditions like stroke,parkinson,ataxia,multiple sclerosis, peripheral neuropathies. Known severe uncontrolled cardiorespiratory conditions , uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension. Known severe orthopaedic condition or recent fracture in past 6 months. Pain that is greater than 4 on NRS -numerical rating scale. Known impairment of hearing and vision Amputation or prosthetic limbs. Absent tactile localisation in the index and middle finger of both upper limbs.
