Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects in the age group of 30 to 60 years. Subjects prediagnosed with Hypothyroidism. Subjects who are under levothyroxine sodium oral treatment for more than 4 weeks. Subjects who are having persisted symptoms of hypothyroidism. 5.Subjects who are willing to participate in study and sign informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who had undergone thyroid surgery. 2.Pregnant and lactating women. 3.Subjects diagnosed with cases of neoplastic conditions, toxic goiter. 4.Subjects undergoing treatment for any other systemic illness. 5.Subjects on amiodarone, thalidomide. Subjects who are under radioactive iodine therapy.
