Inclusion criteria: - Willingness to Participate - Written Informed Consent - Patient with Hypertension Diagnosed by a medical professional Practioner - The patient should be able to read and comprehend gujarati language - Cognitive Sound

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patient with Hypertension not on medication - Uncontrolled Hypertension - Pregnancy-related Hypertension - Medical red flags
