Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants having interproximal periodontal pockets with probing pocket depth measuring 6mm or more with radiographic evidence of bone loss. 2 . Participant aged between 30 to 60 years with localised 3 walled intrabony defect are selected. 3. Good health with no systemic conditions(based on lab investigation) that could compromise healing or increase the risk of complications. 4. Participants who maintain adequate oral hygiene will be selected based on their CPI Index. 5. Presence of stable occlusion(bite). 6. Participants who have moderate to severe localized chronic periodontitis will be selected using the CPI Index. 7. Willingness to comply with postoperative care and follow-up appointments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with uncontrolled systemic diseases (ASA type III) 2. Blood disorder or coagulopathies 3. Active oral infections 4. Pregnancy or breastfeeding at the time of study. 5. Use of medications that may affect bone metabolism or healing. 6. Excessive smoking or alcohol consumption. 7. Participants who have undergone any periodontal surgery in past 6 months.
