Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy Young Adult Male Participants who are willing to give Written Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Already practicing Plank Isometric Exercise will be excluded. known cases of heart and lung diseases will be excluded.
