Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To determine the efficacy of the Dexmedetomidine- Lignocaine and Dexmedetomidine Magnesium sulfate drug combinations in maintaining intra-operative hemodynamic parameters within 20% of the base line values. Timepoint: 1.Laryngoscopy and Intubation 2.Creation of pneumoperitonium 3.Extubation and Emergence

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To estimate the time to request for 1st rescue analgesic 2.Readiness to discharge from PACU as assessed by modified Aldrets score 3.Level of sedation as assessed by using Ramsay Sedation score Timepoint: Postoperatively- 0 minute, 5 minute, 10 minute, 15 minute and 20 minute for the first postoperative 20 minutes and then as and when required for the patients need till 6 hours postoperatively
