Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed patient with post menopausal syndrome. And willing to participate in study. Patient presenting with one or more than one menopausal symptoms. Patient selected age group 45 to 60 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient below age of 40 or above the age of 60 years. Patient suffering from Diabetes mellitus, hyper parathyroidism paget s disease thyrotoxicosis, endocrinal disorders and other systematic disease were excluded. Patient with systemic illness, with the past history of taken HRT within 2 months.

HRQoL measurement (MRS Questionnaire) menopausal rating scale consisted of 11 items assessing menopausal symptoms divided in three subscale: A: somatic: Hot flushes, heat discomfort, sleep problems, joint & muscles problems. B: psychological: Depression, irritability, anxity,and physical &mrntal exhaustion C: Urogenital: sexual problems, bladder problems, and dryness in vagina. A 5 point rating scale permit the patient to describe the perceived severity of complaints graded from 0-4, (0= Not present), (1= mild), (2=morderte), (3=severe),(4=very severe) By checking the approptiate box .for the present study the MRS English version was used. The composite score for each of the subscale is based on adding up the score of the items of the respective dimension scale.Timepoint: At 15th day at 30th day at 30th day at 45th day at 60th day
