Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male Subjects having classical lakshanas of Shukragata vata,Premature ejaculation and associated presentations. Subjects willing to participate in the study and ready to sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Critical emergencies Subject unfit for uttarabasti and niruha basti Subjects presented with HIV, STDs, prolapsed rectum, lacerated anorectum and urethral stricture.
