Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants will be selected based on their cricketing experience (minimum 1 year of professional cricketing experience).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Participants with any musculoskeletal and/or neuro-muscular problems. - Participants with any respiratory injury and cardiovascular disease. - Participants with any associated systemic involvement.

1.Fitness Profiling Tool for Professional Cricket Players. 2.Test battery 3.Cricket Players Perceptions of Usefulness and Feasibility of the Tool Timepoint: Baseline Initial assessment for validation & reliability testing. (starting Phase 1) 4 Weeks Intermediate assessment for reliability (test-retest & inter-rater). (Phase 1 continuation) 8 Weeks Final assessment for validation, perceptions, and integration of findings. (end of Phase 2 & 3)

Baseline & at 8 weeks (Comparison will be made after data collection from the new tool & existing fitness tests.) 2. At 8 weeks (Evaluation based on validation results, reliability measures, & player feedback.) 3. At 8 weeks (Final insights gathered from validation, reliability analysis, & qualitative findings.)
