Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Skeletally mature patients with lumbar disc herniation with vertical intracanalicular migrated disc extrusion or sequestrations, from L1-L2 to L5-S1 disc levels with 12-month follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cauda equina syndrome, Multilevel degenerative stenosis, instability, Tumour or Infection

To analyses the radiology images and outcomes of Transforaminal Lumbar Endoscopic Discectomy Decompression, patients in terms of demographic presentation, Fluoroscopic shoots, duration of Sx, VAS (Visual analogue scale), ODI (Oswestry disability score), pain relief score, Complications.Timepoint: 3month, 6 month, 12 month.
