Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Skeletally mature patients with lumbar disc herniation with vertical intracanalicular migrated disc extrusion or sequestrations, from L1-L2 to L5-S1 disc levels with 12-month follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Foraminal, extraforaminal. Associated pathologies including primary congenital canal stenosis Cauda equina syndrome, Multilevel degenerative stenosis, instability, Tumour or infection
