Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients above 18 years admitted to ICU requiring mechanical ventilation for more than 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregancy Less than 18 years Head injury patients Patients with raised ICP features Patients with expected mechanical ventilation requirement of less than 24 hours
