Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 18 to 60 years. 2. Healthy volunteer of either sex 3. Healthy individuals with no history of skin allergies and dermatological conditions. 4. Willingness to comply with the 21-day patch test protocol [shorter 14 day version].

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age below 18 or above 60 years. 2. History of known skin allergies or sensitivities. 3. Current and recent (within the last two weeks) Use of topical medications or skincare products in the test sites. 4. Pregnant or lactating women. 5. Active or recent (within the last month) sunburn or other skin injuries at the test site. 6. Inability to comply with the study requirements or follow instructions.

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of the safety of the developed sunscreen cream in terms of any adverse skin reactions (such as hypersensitivity, edema, or itching) observed in healthy volunteers over a specified period.Timepoint: Baseline, 1st week, 2nd week.

Dermatological assessment: Improvement or changes in skin condition, if any, after application & participant feedback regarding application, texture, & overall satisfaction with the sunscreen cream.Timepoint: baseline, 2nd week
