Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Clinical signs and symptoms of irreversible pulpitis in maxillary primary molar. - No visible swelling, sinus, mobility or pus discharge in relation with the affected tooth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Children with special health care needs. -Children with known allergies to local anesthetic agent -Children with evidence of any clinical swelling, sinus, mobility or pus discharge from affected tooth buccally or palatally - Teeth with external or internal resorption.
